Are De’Ka products handmade?
Yes! Our products are crafted by hand in small batches in Puerto Rico. Each formulation is prepared with thoughtfully selected ingredients and attention to quality, consistency, and the experience of everyday self-care.
What kinds of products does De’Ka offer?
Our Boutique Botanical Apothecary offers hair care, facial care, body care, botanical cleansing bars, traditional-inspired rubs and balms, and personalized botanical rituals. Product availability may vary between batches.

What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?
Please review each product's ingredient list and let us know about any known allergies before requesting customization. Our products may contain ingredients such as botanical extracts, essential oils, oats, honey, dairy-derived ingredients, or nut-derived oils, depending on the formula. If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Are your products medical treatments?
No. Our cosmetic products are intended for cleansing, moisturizing, conditioning, massage, and personal care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
Can I use botanical rubs and balms anywhere on my body?
Follow the directions provided with each product. Products intended for external use should not be applied to the eyes, mucous membranes, or broken or irritated skin.
